This is the bottom of the barrel, the lowest of the low, the worst of the worst.....that one can drink bottle after bottle on a Sunday overlooking an ocean! It is amazing!!!!!  This free flowing wine is the standard of what should be done at brunch!  Pale clear, pear, and lemon in color, the aromas flood the area when poured!  This is our standard for brunch.
The brioche and lemon zest flood the nostrils and the palate experiences a soft mineral element that is most delightful!  Orange citrus and creme brulee follow!
This is the new house wine of the Bon Vivant Gourmets!!!  Just lovely!  It is easy to drink, has those classic French Champagne elements, most notably minerals and perfectly balanced acids!  Creme Anglaise coats the mouth around lemon zest and a cloudless sky overlooking a sea would make this the most beautiful wine on a Sunday morning!

I have no doubt that we will be drinking much more of this in abundance.
