If that isn't a warning, i don't know what is! Addresses an annoying social issue....the "time out" generation didn't exactly work....but sometimes, that doesn't matter because people will always recognize great food and this place is all about authentic southern dishes (except for one dish)....and this place delivers! If only people could keep their own wilds on a leash. If your child runs around like an animal because you didn't raise them properly, they are wild.
Good southern food is correctly fried in cornmeal....with some hush puppies on the side! Crisp, clean, and moist when bitten into, the catfish or shrimp will make anyone from the south feel right at home!
They call this "Jambalaya." Now that ain't right! At best, that might be an étouffée! Maybe. We've never called out bad food, and this isn't bad....but if you're going to do southern, one best know what southern is....y'all serving étouffée as Jambalaya!
If you want some down home fried shrimp, catfish, or crawfish in Fort Worth, this is your place! Have a Rahr blond with whatever you ordered, this is a good 'ol home town place and worth a visit (they got it goin' on)....best stick with the fried stuff. This is down home good food....from Firemen, law enforcement, and doctors, this place attracts everybody - this is the best southern food in the city and deserves a visit.
